As an established Counsellor and Energy healer I support individuals to recognise their purpose in this world. Helping those who have had or are experiencing periods of distress, spiritual crises, anxiety and whom have felt very alone and misunderstood.

During this intimate workshop we will explore how to understand yourself as an empath and embrace tools for healing and Ascension.
