Single Session Counselling

Many clients are looking for quick fixes when they come for counselling. Clients are often short of time or feel that an hour a week isn’t enough for them and would like more time.

You might be someone who is thinking of having personal counselling sessions and you are not sure what the next step is?

My 1.5 hour counselling sessions meet the needs of the majority of my busy clients.

Together we can also look at life coaching, managing anxiety, bereavement and loss, social anxiety and inner child work. You may wish to think about small tasks to put in to place outside of the sessions to manage and sustain effective change.

For those on a more spiritual quest we will incorporate healing aspects such as guided visualisation and relaxation to enhance your personal therapy.

My desire is to help you to regain an element of focus and clarity and ultimately to produce some positive change in your life!
