Connecting with the group we will look at destructive patterns of behaviour
Be open to REIKI healing as I send out to the group

As an established and intuitive accredited humanistic Counsellor, Family Therapist, Intuitive teacher of Empaths and Lightworkers, Crystal healer, Angelic Reiki Master and Trance healer, I take enormous pride in supporting individuals in managing their psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
Supporting clients who are recognising themselves as Highly Sensitive People, Empaths, Lightworkers and Indigo and Crystal children is something I am very passionate about.
