Starting Wednesday 24th January 7-8pm our monthly chakra care meditation classes will be focusing on healing your chakra system.
I will guide you from a place of imbalance to balance.
Following the meditation practice I will send out reiki healing to the group to help to clear and balance your energies leaving you feeling more grounded, calm and centred.
