This workshop is for you if you are seeking to ease feelings of stress, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, fear and disconnection.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Allow me to guide you into a meditation to soothe your mind
Close your eyes and let me help you to scan your subtle body to identify any problem and imbalances
Let’s RAISE your energy and delve into a meditation to meet your personal team of guides and helpers
Let’s have some FUN and invite in the Angelics to conduct a healing session
As a group you will feel ready to give and receive healing. It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced healer or never even heard of healing before.
Each of you will have the opportunity to lie back on the Reiki couch, relax and receive healing from myself and the group using crystals and sound

Mats and cushions will be provided, but chairs are also available
A soft throw will be provided
Please dress comfortably and warmly
You are encouraged to bring any crystals you enjoy working with. However this is not a requirement

A LITTLE BIT BOUT JULIET:
As an established and intuitive accredited humanistic Counsellor, Family Therapist, Intuitive teacher of Empaths and Lightworkers, Crystal healer, Reiki Master and Trance healer, I take pride in supporting individuals in managing their psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
Supporting clients who are recognising themselves as Highly Sensitive People, Empaths and Crystal children is something I am passionate about.
I am able to help clients recognise blocks in their vibrational field which are keeping them in a place of fear, sadness, anxiety, loneliness and anger.
My work covers a diverse range of clients from those who have suffered loss, abuse in childhood and adulthood, drug and alcohol misuse, poor self esteem, terminal illness, domestic violence, behavioural issues and anger.
I have a wealth of experience and along with intuitive skills this makes for an interesting day of self discovery and how to make some of the life changes you need to take you to the next level.
