Here at the Zen Den I like to bring a fusion of meditation, sound healing, reiki and building connection with others.
Held monthly our growing community of zen seekers enter the zen den for a powerful yet deeply relaxing hour of healing. Each month will see a different focus on wellbeing.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Choose an essential oil blend to help to promote relaxation
Relax into the sound of the shamanic drum as I work my way through the room
Prepare to be taken on a sublime guided journey of visualisation and healing
Relax as I take you on a journey from a place of imbalance to balance
Be open to the HEALING vibrations of Reiki as I send out with love to each of you
Relax even deeper into the healing vibrations of the Crystal singing bowls
