WHAT TO EXPECT:
Receive guidance from the healing chakra oracle cards
I will be activating, by pressing very lightly on your head, certain activation points to bring deeper healing
Healing crystals will be placed on your body as you lie on your mat
Working our way around the room we will be gently guiding you through a deep relaxing visualisation
Using the Crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum and Tibetan bowls relax into the high frequency sounds as we weave around each of you individually to clear and balance chakra energy centres and emotions
Energy healing will be given to you individually by two established and intuitive Reiki Masters
As we end our journey you will awaken to a warming cup of herbal tea to aid deep sleep
