The next meditation and reiki evening will be held on Wednesday 14th August 7.15-8.30pm here at the Zen Den where we will be focusing on awakening your Empowerment and bringing healing to your Solar Plexus chakra.
Relax as I take you on a journey from a place of imbalance to balance.
Following the meditation practice I will send out reiki healing to the group to help to clear and balance your energies leaving you feeling more grounded, calm and centred.
